4 libra de guineos, bien verde
2/3 taza de vinagre blanco
1 2/3 Aceite de oliva
2 cebollas, pelada y cortada en ruedas
1/2 taza de alcaparrado
4 hojas de laurel (bay leaves)
1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra
1/2 cucharadita de sal

Procedimiento:
1-Cocina los guineos, sin pelar, en agua de sal por 20 a 25 minutos.
2-S=E1calos del agua, p=E9lalos y c=F3rtalos en ruedas como de 1/2pulgada. =
3-Descarta las cascaras del guineo.
4-Combina el resto de los ingredientes en un envase no-reactivo y a=F1ades =
los guineos remueve todo bien y gu=E1rdalo en la nevera por 2 horas.
